Only what you hand us. If you email us, we keep your message and address so we can answer it and find the thread again later.

If you visit the site, our host records standard technical data — IP address, browser, pages requested — for security and to keep the thing online. We run no advertising trackers and no behavioural profiling.

You are never obliged to give us anything. If you would rather not, we may simply not be able to answer you or run a project together.

To reply to you, to run a project we have agreed on, to invoice it, and to meet our legal bookkeeping obligations. That is the whole list. We do not send newsletters unless you have specifically asked for one.

Our hosting, email and accounting providers, strictly as processors and only to the extent their service requires. Where a provider sits outside the EU, the transfer runs on standard contractual clauses.

Nobody else, ever, for money. If sharing your data with anyone outside that list ever became necessary, we would ask you first.

We keep appropriate technical and organisational measures in place against loss, unauthorised access and accidental disclosure, and we ask the same of our providers.

Enquiries that go nowhere: two years. Project and client records: as long as invoicing law requires, currently seven years. Server logs: a few weeks.

Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, and you can object to how we use it. Where our use rests on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time — that does not undo what we did before you withdrew it.

Ask us and we will act within thirty days. If we handle it badly, you can complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority in Brussels.
